Shipping policy

We currently ship across India.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and 
public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking 
details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery: 4–7 business days depending on your location.
Metro cities (Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad): 
3–5 business days.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
A flat shipping fee applies to orders below ₹499 (shown at checkout).

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, KGR Gold Foods is not 
responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or 
circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and 
product immediately and contact us within 48 hours at 
kgrgoldfoods@gmail.com or +91-9003064725. We will arrange a 
replacement or refund promptly.

Currently we do not ship internationally. We hope to expand soon.
