Refund policy

At KGR Gold Foods, we take pride in the quality of every product we
ship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are
here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return or replacement requests under the following
conditions:

- You received a damaged, leaking, or defective product
- You received the wrong product
- The product was tampered with or the seal was broken upon delivery

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with
photographic or video evidence sent to kgrgoldfoods@gmail.com or via
WhatsApp to +91-9003064725.

We do not accept returns for:

- Change of mind after purchase
- Products that have been opened and partially used (unless defective)
- Incorrect address provided at checkout

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will process
one of the following at our discretion:

- A full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business
days, or
- A replacement product shipped at no additional cost

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our
error.

Perishable / Food Products

As Super Ghee is a food product, we strongly recommend inspecting
your order upon delivery. We reserve the right to decline returns
that do not meet the conditions above.
